Water Pump 

First off be sure to check the bolts that hold the pump together and be sure they are tight.

A few folks have had a leak here the first time they started up their ships.

The backing plate is easy to make and the pump goes on without a hitch.  We had a little trouble with the pulley sliding on and off the shaft as we fitted it but a little oil cured the problem.

Don't forget to drill a hole in the bleed valve wings
whether you plan on safty wiring your petcocks or not just in cause the FAA/DAR person makes you safety wire it.
It's a lot harder to do it later, wanna know how we know that? lol
