Roof Vents

Our trailer has 4 vents in all.

2 that are in the side walls at each end about 10 inches off the floor and 2 on the roof.

The lower mounted ones are to let out fumes such as gasoline or propane and since we carry both of these products within our trailer they are a necessary item in the event we ever spring a leak.

Pace American wanted to mount these about 6 foot off the floor for some reason, mounting them up high like that would render them useless for venting our gasoline fumes.

The 2nd set of vents are the roof top ones.

Mostly they are to allow air to circulate through the trailer when our helicopter is in storage mode, (boxed up) not to mention let out the hot air in those hot summer months.

We bought these so we could leave the roof vents open
and the rain wouldn't be able to come in.

Another reason we bought them is to idiot proof them,  in other words,  when we screw up and leave the vents open during transit the lids wont get riped off from the wind lol.

They came from Camping World, Nashville Tn.
