Fly In
About all I can say is it Rocked!
From the time we got there until the moment we left, as usual we had a wonderful time.
Bill and Bobby run a great show and if you missed it about all we can say is we're sorry lol.

Most of the Volunteer crew
This year there was quite a bit of help to get it all going. Just about all the volunteers arrived early on so getting it all up and running was a snap this year. About the only problems we had is a broken water line in the air field which a fellow named Brent quickly took care of and we found we need something in the way of a better AM receiver so we can pipe in the announcers from the main show area on the other side of the airport.
It would be nice to hear what is going on as the different types of aircraft flew over head. Anyways we shot all our bullets at the thing but never was able to get that part of it going.
The Air Cadet's from the UK blessed the show with their presence once again this year and were a tremendous help to everyone. This year Bill and Jack actually put them to work landing the ride hopper this year, that was pretty neat.

The Talibaners partying
This bunch of folks had a blast despite the cool temperatures we had in the mornings and evenings this year. Mike and Charleen brought a large carport sized tent and the biggest barbecue and griddle we've ever witnessed lol.
Mike cooked everyone breakfast each morning on his contraptions. And the dinners were usually a coordinated effort using their huge cookery. A fellow named Scott donated bunches of food so all everyone had to do was kick in for the paper plates n stuff and they got some super meals.

Dinner at AppleBee's restaurant
This was the only time Donna and I went out to dinner with everyone. The rest of the gang went out at least 3 times and ended up at someplace called the cigar bar.
Me, my dad & my brother-in-law
This is another one of the good points of going to Sun 'N Fun for me. I get to see my Dad and usually my sister while I'm there.

The Rotorways (4 all Pro SF ships) pretty much made up the show as far as personally owned ships went on the flight line this year. Safari had at least 5 helicopters placed here and there throughout the week. There were at least two other Rotorways that flew in from the east coast of Florida belonging to Mark and Wayne this year.

I've no idea what type of drive his ship has.

I'm not positive but I think this ship belongs to Mark Peterson, at least this is the ship he flew in.

The Mosquito helicopter
This thing was one cool little helicopter. The pilot that flew it made the ship look like it was part of him.

Otto
If you ain't seen this guy do his airshow you haven't seen anything.
Take a close look at the smoke in some of the pictures and you can see he was actually flying full speed in the pattern backwards.
He does everything you can imagine falling just short of flying the thing upside down lol.
