Oil Filter

This thing needs to be mounted as high as possible on the bracket to avoid ending up having the cowl panel from binding on it.

If you get it too low it will most likely rub a hole through the panel and or possibly even the bottom of the oil filter causing one hell of a mess not to mention the possibility of bringing you out of the air.

The certified ships have special filters with a flange made on the bottom so they can be safety wired but our RotorWays don't.
