Oil Cooler Quick Change Valve
This little baby is a must have unless you like having a tub full of nasty engine oil.
It's a pretty simple installation, just use it instead of the brass plug RotorWay provided you with. It's an expensive little bugger some where around $50 bucks if memory serves me correctly. It isn't like you have a choice and you'll find that out the first time you go to change your engine oil.
You can just trust the valve to hold it's seal and at the time you need to change oil put a tube on it to drain your oil into a receptacle with and then remove it. We chose to leave a hose attached and keep a plug in the end of it just incase the valve ever failed. It adds more weight leaving it on but it add safety too so as far as were concerned it's a must have safety item. Once we're through draining the oil we simply insert a plug (a bolt) into the end of the line, secure it with a hose clamp and tuck it up into the tub. It may be a good idea to secure the line to something with a wire tie to keep it from getting fouled into something but we never have. It's very stiff and with the angle it comes out of the tank at its forced to lay down and can't really rise up or bounce up to get into anything
