Oil Cooler

Some guys use a special cap to allow the oil and mist the engine kicks out to be jettisoned over the side. We didn't have any trouble with ours spewing anything until about 50 hours or so.

What we ended up doing is the same thing they do at RotorWay.

We got a 1/2 gallon plastic jug and cut the bottom off it making a 2 inch deep dish out of it.  Then we cut a hole in the center of it the size of the oil filler spout. We then took a piece of foam and cut it into a donut shape and slide it down the pipe into the dish we made. It soaks up the oil that runs down the pipe before it can run onto the sump and into the tub.  Pretty basic but so far its been working and doesn't restrict the breather at all.
