New Secondary and Tail Boom

 

This is how our ship looked back then, kinda sad ain't it.

The first thing we did was to remove the main rotor blades and the tail boom.
It wasn't fun that's for sure. The work wasn't the hard part, it was just the idea of taking apart something we worked so hard to make that kinda tore us up.

Next on the list was removing all of the body panels
for a complete inspection of the air frame and everything else. That to our surprize checked out very well. Other then the gear being spread out a little bit we didn't find any other anomalies
