Main Engine Belts

We don't have the standard RotorWay belts and so far we've only had to adjust them once.

Prior to installing them we did a run up with the blades off the ship and the RotorWay belts oscillated and took some paint off our frame.

This is not to say there is anything wrong with the factory belts, we're just saying, don't do that lol.

We have Spurling's Pro Drive Electric Clutch installed in our ship and it does away with the factory belts and the added belt adjustments you end up having to do.

We use three different tension tools to check them with just to be safe. Two of them are shown here and the other is the tail rotor tension tool from the RotorWay kit.
