Trailer Furnace

Heat!! Gotta have this in the winter lol!
This is a very small furnace but after a couple hours or so it manages to keep the interior of the trailer moderately comfortable. When its really cold outside, we have to assist it with the heat strip thats installed on one of the air conditioning units. We could use a bigger one for sure but this one was another freebie from one of our service trucks. It runs on propane and requires 12 volt power to run it.
This unit is for sale if anyone needs it, We'll give you such a deal lol.

In January 2004 we got cold and caved in and bought a bigger unit.
We ended up getting a used one from a friend here in Knoxville that owns a place called Campers Corner (www.jaycorvs.com).
It's a used 35,000 BTU propane unit like our motorhome has installed in it. This unit also works on 12 volts DC and warms the trailer to room temp in about an hour and a half without the assistance of other heat sources like the electric units on the air conditioning units.
By the time we got it all installed we ended up havning around $300 bucks in it. New there about $700.00 so we think we done good lol.
