Fuel Sending Unit Mod

If you bothered to read the instructions when you installed your fuel sending unit it tells you to calibrate the sending unit prior to installing it in the fuel tank.

This didn't make a lot of sense to us to make it a one time deal since we know different fuels and wiring change resistance of the sending unit and thus the gauge responding to it.

Our solution was to drill a couple of small holes in the LH eyebrow panel that would allow us to adjust the fuel sending unit so it reads correctly periodically.

When we first filled our fuel tanks we calibrated the gauge to read empty at 2 gallons and full at 16 which is all we can squeeze into our tanks.

Rotorway claims they hold 17 but ours for sure doesn't.

We checked them 3 times and the last time we used a 1 gallon can just incase we screwed up lol.
