Fuel Cutoff Valve Mod

Here we go again about to do something stupid.

When and if we ever had to take the ship apart it would be necessary to disconnect the fuel shutoff cable from the shut off valve at that really easy place it's installed. Then we would have to remove all the ties that secure the cable to the ships airframe. After doing all that we would have to extract the whole assembly out of the small hole in the floorpan. Now that didn't go over to well with us after trying to get to the valve without the tub on to hook it all up much less with it installed. After a bit of pondering I came up with a way to allow the fuel shutoff handle assembly to pass thru the floorpan making it an easy thing to do instead of a major one.
