Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) was granted an exemption to FAR
91.319(a)(2)
to permit the owner of an aircraft in a experimental
amateur-built
airworthiness category to be compensated for the use of the
aircraft
for dual flight instructional used solely for specific aircraft
transition
training and flight reviews.
