Door Hardware
The door hardware isn't too hard to make,
but like all the other patterns RotorWay provides make sure they are right before you make them.
In some areas they will need to be bent further in or out to obtain the correct contact point where they hit the body. You can grind the plastic washer if closer is your goal but if it needs to be out more your only real option is to either add washers or make the latches themselves differently.
One thing folks need to be sure of is that each and every latch handle works correctly and by that I mean when they are latched they go deep enough into the body so the doors can't pop open.
We didn't like the slot though the door for the latches that you can work from outside and we opted for a different setup. You can see what we ended up doing in the "Accessories, Add Ons and Mods section".
On the hinges we also suffered this same fate. We had to add shims to the pillar posts to make them long enough to reach there counter parts attached to the doors.
