Homer has a friction control  for the throttle available. From what I understand it takes a little work to install it but in the end it works great

Collective Pressure got to be an issue on our ship

If I tried to let go of the collective in flight it would always be what they call heavy and the ship would loose altitude. I spent several hours over a matter of months inquiring with people about a friction control for it and in the end I trashed all of them because I finally learned that if the ship is set up properly in the first place we didn't need one.

It wasn't until we had an elastomeric bearing go out on our ship in 2004 that I learned this little lesson.  Once we got our blades tracked and balanced our collective pressure was perfect in flight so don't waste your time masking an improperly rigged ship with a collective friction control.

On a good note, now I've got something to blame my busting altitudes all the time while I was taking flight lessons lol.

Bob took the problem of things falling into the passengers collective pocket and jamming it seriously and solved it by making this nifty cover. It's definitely on our list of mods to do.
