Overhead Roof Panel

This bad boy takes some serious work to get to fit right.

It's one of the more over looked panels in the kit.  We had to modify the front and rear not to mention take a heat gun and bend the top of it to more of a 90 degree angle for the doghouse to fit it.  These joints have a memory to them and if you heat them and don't have the dog on in hot weather for an extended amount of time they will go back to their original shape causing you to rebend them again or force the Dzus buttons causing the fiberglass to spider web again and again.

A slight amount of work on the mold would alleviate this problem and like the other panels I can't understand why RotorWay would allow this these panels to go out the door.
