Lots of pics here but there really isn't all that much work to it.
If we had to do it over again we would have got the forward vents in the floorpan and scrapped the rest of RotorWays plans. We never did get it working to see how good it worked because we never could get the hose that runs from the back installed. The oil filter blocks the path for the hose and our only option was to pinch it between the filter and the heat shielding.

We put a lighter to a small piece of the tubing and it went into flames
so we decided to cap the hole in the cooling shroud and call it a day. What were going to do someday is put a 4 inch hole or so in the heat shield in front of the exhaust header and duct that to a boat bilge blower and on to the the forward ducts. Craig Hook in Michigan has a setup like that and says it works great.

This is a pretty easy setup to make and install

This part
was easy to and the only thing we did different was adding
the fuzzy
stuff so it would have a better seal.

This is the only outlet the heat system has.
It may work well for keeping the windshield clear of fog but I can't see it ever keeping your person warm in really cold weather.

This is how we fixed a mistake we made
After we split our tub we had to fix an issue we created by changing the direction on the fresh air intake scoop so it wouldn't interfear with our wiring harnesses.

These pics show how we routed the fresh air and hot air push pull cables
in tubing that we fiberglassed to the floor pan.
