Alarm System

This was the first thing we installed in our trailer.

With all the tools and equipment not to mention our Helicopter its self, we wanted to take all the precautions we could. This is a simple system from good ole Radio Shack. It began its life protecting our home and was later moved to a service truck. When we retired that truck from service it was moved once again and installed in this trailer. With 6 separate zones it takes care of all the doors, hatches, tilt sensors and roof vents. Running the wiring was very difficult since our trailer had interior walls and ceiling from the factory. We also installed another hand me down, an am/fm/cassette stereo system to help keep us entertained while were doing our maintenance and preflights.
